NFL Week 5 Pick Results

Winning teams in bold.

Unanimous picks (6-3)

Correctly picked:

Titans @ Ravens
Bears @ Lions
Colts @ Texans
Seahawks @ Giants
Chiefs @ Panthers
Bengals @ Cowboys

Not so much:

Chargers @ Dolphins
After a shakey 0-2 start, the Dolphins have put together a couple of very solid wins.
Falcons @ Packers
The Packers are not anywhere as good as they were last year, and a big problem is the defense. Matt Ryan had 194 yards passing, the Falcons had a combined 176 yards rushing. The Falcons were forced to punt only 3 times and never had a 3-and-out.
Vikings @ Saints
According to the NFL page for this game, the Saints had 5 fumbles (2 lost), and 2 interceptions (including the final "Hail Mary"). If you give the Vikings enough extra chances, they will make you pay.

Split Picks (APR 3-2, SRS 1-4, Line 3-2)

Patriots (APR, Line) @ 49ers (SRS)
The 49ers were surprisingly tough, with the Patriots only pulling away in the final minutes.
Steelers (APR, SRS) @ Jaguars (Line)
In spite of some key injuries (including Roethlisberger himself), the Steelers find a way to win again.
Redskins (APR) @ Eagles (SRS, Line)
The Redskins continue to make their case that they're an elite team this year.
Buccaneers (APR, SRS) @ Broncos (Line)
Somehow the Broncos has a defense, at least on this game.

Bills (APR, SRS) @ Cardinals (Line)
Trent Edwards went out on the 3rd play; the Bills fumbled the ball away on the next snap, and it pretty much went downhill from there.
