Comments:
APR doesn't have a way to deal with games played on a neutral field (mostly because in the NFL it's not a big deal). In such games, "Home" teams should get at least a little more power, and "away" teams a little less.
Oklahoma stays #1. If Florida had kicked that final field goal to make it a 14-point margin, they would have moved up to #1.
Either way, assuming the Championship Game is Sooners and Gators, APR makes it very close. Hopefully a good game.
It's ridiculous that the ACC held its championship game in Tampa, Florida. That's 1,347 (driving) miles from Boston and 750 miles from Blacksburg. No wonder there wasn't anyone in the stadium to watch.
