Read
this for a description of APR.
Read
this for some disclaimers about applying APR to the NCAA.
This is using a new margin power function (different from the function used for NFL games). This means that the power values are not comparable to the ones posted last year.
Official rankings will be added after they are published.
Sorry about this being later than usual. Long day on Saturday, and
didn't realize it until I was watching football Sunday afternoon.

Comments:
Florida drops a little more than Alabama, it's still (hypothetically) a pretty close match-up.
Arizona had a tough loss to Oregon at home. They were up by 10 points in the 4th quarter, but the defense was gassed, and couldn't stop Oregon forcing overtime, and couldn't hold Oregon in overtime.
Texas Tech somehow claws their way into the top 5. But that 22-point loss to Texas A&M (APR #21) is something of a head-scratcher.
